Grilled vegetable lasagna with puttanesca sauce and pesto oil

Just reading that made me drool a little. Great vegetarian dishes are hard to come by, so it’s incredibly satisfying to actually have one, moreso to make one. This recipe seems simple enough. I wanna try eet.
